General terms on Intellectual Property Rights

This web site (herafter called “Our Site”) is administered by Ten Feet & Co., a non-incorporated, group of individuals and cooperators (hereafter called “We”, “Us”, “Our” or “Ours” as the case may be). Prior to your usage of Our Site, please be sure to read through the following terms and conditions for the usage of This Site. With regard to the Trade Mark and the Copyrights and other rights as described below, your usage is deemed as your consent to the Terms and Conditions of Our Site. Additionally, your usage of the computer software programs presented on Our Site is regarded as your consent to the application of GNU GPLv3 thereto.

Trade Mark

Trade marks shown on Our Site may be the property of Ours or other parties. The Tarde Marks shall not be used without prior consent of the parties concerned.

Copyrights(Computer Software Programs)

The copyrigts of the following computer software programs are owned by Shuichi Sunaga (hereafter called “the Owner”) and are protected by the copyright law of Japan and other applicable international conventions or treaties.

The Owner applys GNU GPLv3(GNU General Public License version 3), (see
the original text) or its successors（hereafter called GPLv3 and its successors collectively as “GNU GPLv3s”).

In other words, the Owner grants you that you copy, distribute, modify or translate freely the following computer software programs under the condition that you comply with GNU GPLv3s. You will be regarded that you use the following computer software programs having given your prior consent to the condition of ABSOLUTE NO WARRANTY

1. The Spreadsheets (as defined in the following item 4) of OpenOffice.org Calc and the computer software programs written in OpenOffice.org Basic which work integrally with the Spreadsheets, as are made public on Our Site (hereafter called “MyOB”) .
2. The Spreadsheets (as defined in the following item 4) of Microsoft® Excel and the computer software programs written in Microsoft® Visual Basic® for Applications which work integrally with the Spreadsheets, as are made public on Our Site (hereafter called “MyVBA”) .
3. The Adobe® Acrobat® Forms and the computer software programs written in Javascript which work integrally with the Adobe® Acrobat® Forms, as are made public on Our Site
4. The Spreadsheet as referred to in item 1 and 2 above means the combination of the sheet names, range names, layouts together with the texts, numbers, comments and formulas already given there in order to let MyOB or MyVBA recognise cells or cell ranges from which to collect data for computation and where to return and show the results thereof. Accordingly, the following sheets or worksheets are included in the copyrighted Spreadsheets and the other sheets or worksheets which you may insert are excluded therefrom;
   • With regard to the Accounting System, the 14 sheets or worksheets called CL, AvB, SvC, CF, FS, BS, PL, Lense, ANL, BK, JV, AP, AR and MW, and additionally, where departmental accounting is employed, Apportion, each department PL and DPT.
   • With regard to the Depreciation System、the 8 sheets or worksheets called TBL0, TBL, CL, RSM, BP16_1, BP16_2, YUK and MUK.
