(independently [ existence of surrounding sympathy etc. ]) to reliance, a target can do only a belief of him.

When the foreign policy of the members of a government leader of this present country or a bureaucrat is seen,

That a part of public opinion misunderstands the politicians who take a stubborn attitude with "it is brave",

and supports them by "temper" cannot have the seen future plan of the earth based on humanism.
